关文吉

1988年硕士毕业于天津大学热能工程专业，
1988年分来中国建筑设计研究院。
2000年任中国建筑设计研究院第六所主任工程师。
2001年任中国建筑设计研究院第六所副所长。
2000年取得教授级高级工程师资格。
2003年任中国建筑设计研究院副院长，兼暖通专业设计研究所所长。
